How do you scope an engagement?
Every engagement starts with a 30-minute discovery call. Within 48 hours of that call, we send a proposal with fixed scope, timeline, milestones, and deliverables. No hourly billing.
Do you take equity?
Occasionally. For founders we believe in, we can structure a partial-equity engagement. Default is cash.
What stack do you use?
Next.js + TypeScript on the front, Node and Python on the back, Postgres and Supabase for data, Vercel for hosting. Anthropic and OpenAI on the AI layer. Pragmatic, not religious.
Where are you based?
Noida, India. We work with founders across India, the US, and EU. Async-first, with overlap for live calls.
How fast can you start?
Usually within 5–7 days of signing. Discovery call → proposal → kickoff.
Do you sign NDAs?
Yes, before any sensitive discovery work. Standard mutual NDA.
