Phoenova Technologies Pvt Ltd is a Delhi NCR–based applied-AI venture studio serving founders and operators globally. We build production AI systems on fixed-scope, fixed-price engagements — and we ship every single one.
A note from the founder
I'm picky about whose problem we solve.
After a decade of building and operating production systems across healthcare, fintech, and consumer technology, I started Phoenova for one reason: every AI conversation I had ended in a deck and a six-month plan, while my own teams were quietly putting the same systems into production in two weeks.
So we wrote the opinion down. Fixed scope. Fixed price. Fixed date. Production from day one. The same five engineers on every project — never a bench rotation. If we miss the date, we refund 50%. It's in the contract.
We take three to four engagements a month. I personally meet every one of you on the Discovery call. If we're the wrong fit, I'll tell you in the first 30 minutes — and recommend who is.

Production over PoC.
A demo is a hypothesis. A live system in front of real users is the only proof that matters. Every engagement ends with a URL, a runbook, and a green CI pipeline.

Fixed scope over T&M.
Hourly billing rewards slow work. Fixed-price contracts force us to scope tightly and ship fast. If we miss the date for reasons within our control, we refund 50%.

Senior over scaled.
Five engineers, every project. No bench rotation. No staff augmentation. No 'junior consultant on the call asking discovery questions.' We pick three to four engagements a month.

Eval over hope.
Twenty to fifty evals per agent before production. Quality gated by tests, not by demos. If we can't measure it, we won't ship it.
