Sharath is a full-stack engineer and operator with 10+ years shipping software across health-tech, SaaS, and applied AI. He founded Phoenova to do what most AI shops can't — build, own, and ship AI products end to end.
The mandate is simple: ship products that matter, prove the playbook in production, then offer the same playbook to a small number of outside founders each quarter.
